MOOD SWINGS

Hey friends!!!!

How are you all?
Hope you all are doing well.
So today what I am talking about is feelings.
Sometimes , we feel so lonely and heartbroken even if we have all the things required to be happy....๐Ÿ’”๐Ÿ’”
but we don't realize that due to this useless feeling of sadness we are not only spoiling our own time but also of our loved ones.
Here i am going to discuss somethings which we can do to make our day happy.

Hang out with friends๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

No doubt, friends are the best medicine if you are feeling low. when you are not feeling good , going out with buddies and have some good time at your favorite place  is the best thing. Watching a movie with popcorn and drinks, doing some shopping and then a dinner at your all time favorite eatery ;) 

Write it down ✎๐Ÿ•ฎ

There is one mis conception that if you say your feelings out loud then you will feel better. but this will only remind you of all the bad feelings and make you feel more bad and angry. the best way is to write down all the bad feelings on a paper then rather burn them or keep them ..... it all depends only on you

Chocolates๐Ÿซ๐Ÿซ

Chocolate is bae <3 dark chocolates are actually good in elevating your mood . not feeling well???
share your sadness with a bar of chocolate and gulp all sadness down with it ;) 

Music ♮♮

Music is really a stress reliever. want to uplift the mood?? take your headphones start your playlist and you are good to gay (P.S select music appropriately which won't drown your mood :P )
